I've recently became a fan of birds.. every morning when I go outside on the porch, this bluejay always flies over and sits on the railing until I go inside. He's my new coffee buddy.

They are not parrots, the budgies are budgies but what people are calling "Parrots" in those links are actually Macaws (or to be more precise Nestor), I hate it now when people get the names of animals wrong that they have as a pet, they have the whole internet to research it and yet can't even be bothered to look up it's proper name.

yes you are right,some of these birds are Macaws,African greys,Budgies etc,but these birds are grouped as parrots,but they have their individual names,just as mice and rats are called pests,they have their individual names like mice and rats.
