So I got bored and my student load has come in so I thought i'd get an instrument which could be easy to pickup, like I assume the piano/keyboard.
So i'm looking for advice, easy pieces of music to play, looking for Midi files in particular so I can use with Synthesia.
If anyone knows any software which is abit like Synthesia, just mention it.
All advice is great, thanks. Maybe later i'll upload a shitty video of me trying to play with my toes.

Roland makes some pretty good keyboards/synths. Or perhaps Korg? My buddy as a Korg Triton and it sounds really good.
I've had no former experience with pianos besides Steinway and Sons, but I'm sure they're not in any living human's budget lol.

My keyboard is sweet. Black with a white border, thin, very low profile but sturdy, Solar powered and totally awesome. Also wireless so I can type while across the room.

The piano is pretty much one of the hardest instruments to pick up. (the harp and some foreign instruments are harder still, due to technique required)
You need to use both hands doing seperate things. The guitar is a million times easier than the piano to pick up and play. Also, you can learn a shit load of songs to play within your first week, just by learning a chunk of chords.
As for easy piano music, things like Coldplay aren't too hard. But they will still take a fair while to master without any previous musical experience.
