What do you think about modern music like beiber and Ga Ga etc
Personally, its not real music, its crap and involes no talent, just sodding autotuned. Real music is like Michal Bolten, Tom Jones, Michal Buble etc.

So you answered his question with what basically amounts to the same question?
Anyways @OP I feel most popular artists seriously lack talent and there's very little that's special or really worth investing time into listening to. The music isn't as well written as it was in the past, lyrics are hit and miss, mostly miss, and autotune really kills a unique sound in music that isn't always bad. Obviously I'm speaking of majority cases and mainstream in general.

Pretty much. I don't like it when the original thread starters only give a vague opinion. It makes me twitch when they don't clarify.
I guess if I can be vague, modern music seems to be catchy because the notes and lyrics are always so repetitive that they can be easily remembered, Beiber has a good voice but really needs to get some better (or at least more variety of) lyrics to sing, gaga has a unique music style and interesting lyrics to a point but is generally only interesting because of how odd she is, and I don't like how often she does the sing-song voice she puts on like she's some kind of rapper.

I think the more popular musicians like stated above, Bieber and Gaga, aren't too bad. I know the autotune is there, but music will be music. If you enjoy listening to one artist, keep supporting. They have a fanbase for a reason. In fact, it's so big that it could easily make more money in 1 tour than compared some band in their entire career.
Talent wise, I think it's lacking in today's modern music. Simply because of the autotune. The instrumentalists, however are different. Quite a number guitarist, bassists, drummers, keyboardists ec are very talented and skillful in what they do.
Music itself. I think it's not too bad. Like mentioned earlier, if you like it, support it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not your average casual listener. I don't confine myself to one kind of music. Unlike pop fans, I don't cringe at the sound of blast beats, ripping solos, low growls and high screams of Metal. I like all sorts of music. Jazz, Classical, Metal, Blues, Rock, Folk, Pop, Techno, House... Etc. I always believe that in all genres, there will always be a song that you will like (I'm still exploring the world of music).
I don't think autotuning is bad.
