For the last couple of years I've bought a yearly subscription, but I've also built up about a month of spare donator days through competitions and downtime etc.

I've now cancelled my subscription which is due this month (Warning - your PayPal subscription agreement has been cancelled.) so that I can benefit from these days. I may reactivate it later if the system gets a little more stable

Suggestion is for subscribers to be able to either cash in the days for a cheaper subscription, or for the next payment to be delayed.

A delayed payment runs the risk of people stacking up on days before subscribing, or opening packs during the subscription, so I guess this suggestion is open to other ideas.

Or you could just cancel your subscription renewal, use up the "free" donator days and then subscribe again as you have done.

I'm pretty sure that Torn in it's role as the merchant here doesn't have the ability to make google checkout / paypal do anything in terms of changing payment dates or amounts for the subscription renewal without your direct involvement (ie. logging into to google checkout / paypal and authorising the new transaction).

My limited knowledge of pre-authorised payments means that a company can take payments of whatever they want whenever they want. Someone with more knowledge of the system may want to give more information
