First off, what is the red symbol when there is a new post in a forum/ thread?
You know, where the paper is (it changes to a lock when a thread is closed). What is the red thing? For the purposes of this thread, I will call it 'the red thing'.
In non-related, there are all the subforums which are horribly underused. If a thread is posted in these subforums, it goes there to die- unless it is about gun laws.
I think that in the forums main page the red thing should also show next to nonrelated if there is a new post in the subforums.
Also, I think they should improve the subforums in some way (this couldn't be more vague cause I can't think of a way of doing it) that interests more people and so it isn't a second graveyard. Any ideas on this would be nice.
TL:DR- (main point) Show the little red thing that indicates a new post next to Nonrelated when there is a new post in the subforums.
