So recently me and a mate made a faction. What we have realised is that it is really hard to find players n quality ones at that. My suggestion is that could Torn make a list of players that are not in a faction? If players dont want to be on the list they can just click a "remove my name" from the link at the top page as all players not in a faction would be automatically added.

Next to a persons name on the list would be a link saying "Message" then you can contact that person. Once a person from the list is in a faction there automatically removed.

You could also add a bio part for each player so the player can add details of what there looking for from a faction if there wanting certain things.

I know there are forums for such things but this would be easier and new.
