I think merits need more things to be spent on and i think being able to decrease revive cost would be a totally good update
for every merit spent on this you should be able to decrease revive cost by 1 energy making it a -10 energy decrease after spending the 55 merits

You're right. Lets join a faction with full salutary upgrade and upgrade your own revive merit to full so that it wont take any energy at all! R++

*40e per revive is the current if the upg is maxed. 30e is helpful too
