Suggestion: TC should change it so that a person getting Mugged will at least lose SOME $$$ and here is reason(s)
I MUGGED 4 different people in a row, got 4 $0 MUGS??? These people each had Billions on them ... that's NOT bulging pockets, that's NOT moneyclips either folks ... that's CARGO BOXES FULL OF MONEY. How can anyone NOT see that? Let alone on 4 MUGS in a Row. :|
TC should change it so there aren't any $0 MUGS anymore, some small % to 25% (or whatever Max %). If people don't want to lose $$$ on MUGS then they should keep their $$$ in a SAFE place and not on them.
Look I'm NOT asking TC to change MUG % to 25% as a MINIMUM MUG just NOT get $0 at all on any MUG (Can be like .01% that would be fine) and the sensible Reason(s) are that many people carry LOTS of $$$ and 1/2 of all MUGS getting $0 is just CRAZY period besides the HUGE waste of E mugging people for nothing when you KNOW they have LOTS of $$$ on them.
Rate + please if you want to do away with the $0 MUG , if you have NO OPINION or don't CARE then don't Post and don't Rate either cause forums don't interest you anyways ...

If the upgrade doesn't work, why would Torn have it? Perhaps you just have bad luck.

How about I set my money to $0 and you mug me so that my cash will go to negative 25%? Huh? Does that sound awesome to you? I dont whine when I dont get any money from my muggings. So suck it, its part of the game.

I for one know what it feels like, i always think "little money is better than an empty" because someone can have 100bn on hand, but you still have the ability to find dreaded empties, at least when you mug for a small amount you know they banked
Also it surprised me the amount of quite silly posts in this thread i.e "If the upgrade doesn't work, why would Torn have it? Perhaps you just have bad luck." the upgrade does work, but as said above you can still find empties.. it is called bad luck.

Spying is one way yes, but there's several other ways you can know for sure if someone still has cash on hand without mugging them / spying..
As i said a while ago id like 1 or 2 more ways to boost mugging, maybe an education / new job special not asking for much, not asking for more % on hand, id rather an education course / job special which increases the chances of finding cash when mugging / reduce the chance of finding empties whatever way you want to look at is as the only way to aid mugging at the moment is via merit upgrade.
I don't support getting rid of empties as it is part of the game but i would like a way to reduce the chances of getting them because they suck especially on a target you know is 100m+ per

I was mugging a guy the other day who had nearly 1 bill and every second time I mugged him I got nothing. Its stupid imo.
