There are hundreds of items that don't do anything and do not serve a purpose in the game.
Most of these are in the misc category but I just want to focus on Electronic, Jewelry and Clothes.
Since these are usually luxury items (maybe no all clothes but designer ect) why not just owning the items provide a happy boost and some of the smaller electronic items could be consumable.
It was a really good idea to do this with Candy like chocolate bars. I propose its done for these items as well.
The I think owning the Jewelry and Clothes should increase your max happiness. Owning nice clothes and Jewelry would, in real life, make you be more happy. Not just the house you live in.
The same can be done for Big Screen TV, CD Player, DVD Player ect.
Just owning the item will increase your max happy (Different depending on the item from 5-15)
"Pack of Music CDs" could be consumed and you get 10 happy when listening to them if you have a Computer, Laptop, CD Player, DVD Player, TV ect.
Please let me know what you think and I will clean up this post.

well there are allrdy Playstation and Property uppgrades, but i still kinda like the Idea off an even higher max happy

Bump.
Yes exactly, you can use your Playstation or Xbox and gain happy.
But just owning some rings, necklace, big screen tv, some decent clothes.
Just some extra crap to spend your money on would be good. Just like the stuff you purchase in real life.
