We have a 250 Energy Refill honor bar but we do not have a 250 Nerve Refill Honor bar. I feel this will give people a higher incentive to use nerve refills thus removing a large amount of money from circulation.

meh...i'd pay the 25 points everyday to get this merit. would be a pain in the arse to get though, but i'd still accept this challenge.

Or change the value of nerve bar replace...
Nerve bar refill equates to what, 3 or four crimes extra per day for most people?
