So just as in real life, where you could take 2 jobs from morning to evening, and work all day long and make more money, i would suggest that torn will have that option as well
However, to make it fair, say you have one job (*5 star), you get 5 points a day right? and then when you take another job which is also *5 star, you arent gonna get 5 points from the first job and 5 points from the second one, cuz that wouldnt be fair. so whats fair, from my point of view, is that the points on both companies will cut to half, so you'll get 2.5 points in each so you won't be able to 'use' the system.. and that is because as in real life, when you work on 2 jobs, you cant give you heart out for two of them equaliy... therefore points will be half, and so does the money you earn.
The only big thing here is that you will get points from two diff jobs, for diff specials.
You can and should give your own opinion in here, and give your own advise accordingly !

how about you could choose one job as a "main" job and one job as a secondary
and you only earn points/boosts(i.e +25 manual for training from director) from the main job?

This is a terrible suggestion, which basically does nothing for the game, and of which nobody has a benefit. Basically, it's just another one of those "I want to have everything and not have to chose" idea.
