I know it has been suggested before, and some people like it, some don't - you are going to get that with everything.
However, I think this needs looking into for one main reason - people who do the business management education bachelor unlock new company sizes and offer this service to people.
Now, some are decent honest people, but most are just in it for a free company (no this isn't a moan about scamming!).

If Companies could have managers, with specific roles (see this suggestion post for ideas: [url=http://www.torn.com/forums.php?forumID=4&ID=14662873&start=0#14662873]Possible New Method of Company Management[/url])
this would create a role that can be specifically used for these players who come into companies and upgrade the company size. Their access to the company funds is limited, and needs to be confirmed by the owner/director of the company.
