I think we need icon for bookie place. like Stock , Auction , Vault , medic , booster , drug etc.... Need 1 Icon for Bookie place.

What would it say when hovering over the icon and to which kind of page would it send you when clicking it (what would be displayed on that page)?

Sure! but not really have Bet on ! So we have to check it out manually step by step. go casino , bookie , your bet .etc...
