Don't understand if i fly to switzerland under the influence of a drug...rehab..and when i return im still under the influence. If you rehab, you should automatically cancel your influence of drug

some people can rehab every 3 hours, being able to take up to 8 xanax a day.
rehab resets your accumulated drug addiction, that's all.
won't mess with ODs or their odds, and won't change cooldown timers.
therefore, no, it shouldn't do what you suggest it should do.
