Be able to Deposit FLowers into your faction, allowing the leader and co leader to be able to have there faction members travel for flowers for faction points, having an armoury for flowers would let all members be able to deposit flowers so the faction leaders can convert them to points and those points can be used for faction chaining/training!

Not going to happen imo - crime enhancers in the armoury were already knocked on the head, so I'd guess there'd be no hope of having anything else not directly related to faction activities in the armoury either.
You can still trade flowers with someone else in the faction who can swap the flower sets for points and donate them to the armoury for faction use.
If you don't have anyone in your faction who has the Museum unlocked well then you have something to work towards.
