Not sure about this one - as Ched has mentioned with other suggestions of a similar ilk you're already getting something for travelling (first of all merits for travelling, then if you're running it's the profit you're gaining from the items you are running).
IRL the idea behind such programs is to encourage loyalty amongst customers, but there is no competitive flight industry to support it in torn, so now the idea reduces down to getting free stuff for essentially doing nothing and it's pretty much a fact that suggestions involving getting free stuff for doing nothing generally don't get very far, based on responses to past suggestions.
If this particular idea were introduced then everyone would just be flying in an out of torn perpetually to "earn" as many miles as they can when they're not doing something else (ie. flying itself would turn into a farming exercise) and I can guess that the powers that be might not be hugely keen on that scenario, as the destination is supposed to be the goal when flying out of torn city, not "earning" free stuff whilst you're "in the air" doing nothing.
this wouldn't be as easy as a few hours and clicks. it would only benefit a small number of hardcore flyers in game that spend so many hours flying. after all, some of those dedicated flyers are the reason items in market are at decent prices.
Maybe it could be an invisible value that increased to 100% representing the likelyhood of being "upgraded to business class for free as the airlines way of saying thanks for your continued support".
Once recieved the value would return to 0.
Essentially giving you random business-class ticket style bonuses without the ability to sell them
Otherwise, as mentioned, flying is profitable enough in the first place.
