Last night I was placed in the embarrassing situation that someone could revive me, but the IP block kicked in when I tried tipping them for the service.

So multi's can revive themselves, but two genuinely uncoonected accounts are IP blocked from tipping for the service.

Options:
1 The contract revive (http://www.torn.com/forums.php?forumID=4&ID=14921656) overrides the IP block

2 The IP block kicks in at the revive stage

I think it's the same with busting(not sure though) would be handy for the reviver if it gave him a heads up though to save people from reviving for no money
