I don't know about you guys, but I tend to find it very irritating to have to buy one lottery ticket at a time with the casino tokens of 75. do you not think there should be an update, where you can purchase lottery in quantity ? instead of clicking one at a time?

That is the reason why you can purchase the "lottery voucher" from the item market for about, 1.25m, giving you 100 lottery tickets.

there will never be a multiple buy option for the lottery because it would render the LSC stock benefit item called Lottery Voucher to be completely useless.

Having the option to buy a specific amount of lottery tickets shouldn’t make much difference to LSC bonus blocks. So? the price of an LV might go down to 1mil, its still a “bonus” when holding that stock and aren’t the vouchers there to enable players to have more tickets in the draw for the week anyway, rather than being an alternative to clicking 75 times? What you spend your 75 daily quota of tokens on (plus any others gained by crimes) is personal choice. You either use them in the casino games, or buy lotto tickets and hope for the best Sunday, so being able to buy 75 in one go rather than clicking 75 times has got to be preferable

Nice argument, however as you state the 75 tokens are for personal use. If YOU want to purchase 75 lottery tickets you be my guest, but that is for YOU to do the clicking. If you don't want to spend your time clicking, just buy your way out with the voucher. If not, then suck it up and click 75 times.
I've seen so many of these and they just get the same responses. It just won't happen.

It should be a slider the same way as rehab is. Or should the argument stay at if you want to rehab suck it up? It is a silly argument for both things. The rehab slider was introduced, a casino slider should be introduced. The lottery vouchers are not a replacement for casino tokens. You still have to pay entry when you use a casino token, there is no entry fee for the lottery voucher, that is the bonus, not the not having to click.

What if you set a limit to buy like 10 at a time or something that way you cant use all of your casino tokens at once to get by explanation?

There is 1 reason I still haven't added bulk buying of lottery tickets to my script even though it would be easy as hell:
It would undermine the whole lottery, essentially causing an inflation in the lottery system.
Many people who doesn't buy lottery ticket, doesn't do it because of the "pain" of clicking 75 times. If it was a 1 click option, everyone and their sick grandmother would buy 75 lottery tickets, causing an inflation in the lottery system. You might as well just have a state sponsored lottery that picks a random Torn player and give that player $1billion.
