Okay so my idea is simple, i think alot of people would agree with me on that any Faction can be strong, no matter what the stats are, as long as the time, chaining and energy is put into a friend Faction, this is why i believe it's time we got a Faction event! This could even be a way Ched might want to change World War.
My idea furthely explained:
Any Leader of a Faction can sign his Faction up.
Any Faction can join.
~ All Factions signed-up within the first half of the month are locked in.
~ Second half of the month the war starts.
~ Each Faction is at war, but not the same war as in the War Base.
~ Each hit is 1 point for the Faction.
~ On the second hit it's 2 points for the Faction and 3rd and so forth.
~ No respect is gained nor lossed in this competition if you sign up and wars are put on stand-by, unless hit by dirty-bomb
At the end, the Faction with the most points will be the winner!
I think this idea will be a great way for Faction's to be used alot more in the game, especially in 1 month of the year particularly if this was to go ahead. They would have to work together to win, and it doesn't have to be the strongest Faction to win! Prizes for the top 3 would be Respect and points to go in the Faction Armoury and a medal to go on the front of the Faction page? Gold Silver Bronze? When hovered over "XXXX Winner 2012/2013 etc?"
Heavyweight. middleweight, lightweight & solo addition!
~ All Factions fit into one of the criteria above.
~ Heavyweight (75 members)
~ Middle Weight (50-75 members)
~ Lightweight (2-50 members)
~ Solo! (1 member)
Each medals will be awarded for each class of Factions.

I dont like the idea of a Solo .. It's just a money game then for an honor / more money
Equally the top are the top for a reason. They are hard to hit [some members] and they are rich so have more E than most.
So:
- I would like to see a game where all factions are in a competition and have to work hard together.
but
- I dislike the idea its an all vs all because its clear who will be in the top 5.
