I was lurking the honors and I noticed some flags missing. There is a list below of the missing flags. Lemme know what you think and if you find any other flags of countries, both recognized and unrecognized, lemme know.

Oh look a remotely useful thread.
Ok Somaliland and the Republic of Somalia cross in terms of the latter legally owning the former but the former declaring independence the the latter due to the wreckage if a country that is Somalia. So yeah other than that I can't see any other conflicts off of the top of my head.
You could also provide a small flag for each of these countries if you wished, so it's more likely to be accepted but I won't rate this down if you don't

Well they should include countries that have internet access. Last time I checked, Libya has internet access.

5 of witch have the chance to become in first
4 if you count usa out due to if they do get top spot they would fall 4 places insistently due to how many targets they have
top 5 flags are like 250% above in points to the next bracket of 5th - 10th place and then it just drops off like crazy after that due to the others not having members Enlisted
if your gonna add that many flags your gonna need to cap them at like 200-500 members per flag even at 2500 cap its way to much for the amount of flags only 1 flag achuly capped only 2 hit over half the cap that's including the caped usa flag
