I love the 2 companies idea, i own a candle shop and all it does is lose me money, but i want the bonus to awareness. It would be nice to be able to run another company to cover the money i lose in the candle shop.
But then you would have the bonuses from two companies, many players would like this but i have a feeling ched wouldnt allow that.
Maybe you could select which company bonuses you would like to receive, but you cant mix and match to get the best ones it has to be the ones allocated to that company.

"select which company bonuses you would like to receive" that or only being able to direct one at a time and the one you direct would be the one which you collect the bonuses off of. Freeing you up to appoint a director for the other company, never giving them full ownership of it.

I m an qualified insurance professional, and in real life I design products for casualty and property.
I would like to suggest a "Torn Insurance Company" that will
1) Pay for "buy" when in jail
2) Pay for "medical" bills and reduces time in hospitals...or you can call it a better nursing home facility.
3) Provides reimbursement for accidental damage of cars etc
4) Provide "buy" up option for bounty.
5) Travel insurance
I would like to prepare a model, wherein a player will pay premium on daily basis and based on Torn statistics we can arrange an insurance policy for each.
Also terms and conditions applied,...
I strongly feel, that such arrangement will make the Torn more real and will be a source of income for Torn too.

I like the ideas other than the own multiple companies. That would put too much power in the hands of the rich. If you limit it to maybe more of a normal corporate structure like you would have to hire a high pay ceo to run it that could work more smoothly. But if I saw that I could own a lot of companies I would buy like 50 of them from the top ones and decide on everyones wage all by myself.

You have a good point. Maybe the idea of owning multiple companies is not favorable.
