I like this idea too - a simple change that would give players who are browsing companies to join through the newspaper some info to help them decide who to apply to (you could even indicate whether you are currently hiring or not).

I guess the next questions is how much would a director want? Would a simple text blurb suffice or are we talking about a full-blown customisable avdert (including attaching messages, video, etc)?

Well i would hope that they would implement the same amount of freedom like on the user profiles. Some companies would have flash players.
While i would only use simple text and maybe a picture or two.
It would just allow us to tell if were hiring or not. What we expect with in our employees and what we offer to the employees.
At the moment i have to go through the players that are online and spam them with messages. I can send out about 100 and i may only get 15 employees joining :/
While others take the approach in spamming the trade chat.
Hopefully this will eliminate some of the spamming, as it would allow players who want to join a company to find one that they would want to join just by looking at the company profile

I like the idea but, idealy,I'd prefer to see it above the employee list. Looking through 100 people for a short blurb could become tiring, meaning this great idea would be wasted.
