Can the companies have an information page which is customization like the factions, this way if people wish to apply to a company they can see the requirements, it would make the whole hiring thing much easier for the companies.
So we could add a description of a company. Such as for my company:
Hiring new players offering helpful advice.
2.5k pay a day, offering free property rentals and daily company lotto.
Players must be active daily, no stats required
Hope you consider the idea
I agree with moose and that the company information should go above the list of employees so that you wouldn't have to scroll down and read it making it easier and it will be seen much more that way.
I realize that where i have written company profile is wrong, but i did it on paint.
Also the company profile isn't that long for the reason of keeping the picture small. looking back at this, i have no idea what i mean by it. I am leaving it here so that it might make sense to someone
i would hope that they would implement the same amount of freedom like on the user profiles, allowing the companies to have flash if they wanted while many would just use simple text and a few pictures.
It would just allow us to tell if were hiring or not. What we expect with in our employees and what we offer to the employees.
At the moment i have to go through the players that are online and spam them with messages. I can send out about 100 and i may only get 15 employees joining :/
While others take the approach in spamming the trade chat.
Hopefully this will eliminate some of the spamming, as it would allow players who want to join a company to find one that they would want to join just by looking at the company profile
