though i agree with the ones who mentioned it beforehand, i veto the idea of -1 hp permanently, it increases wish to get hosp perk (i think... perhaps) and it opens a Pandora's box. Highly unlikely one gets reduced to low level hp's but it is definitely possible.

Maybe an increase in crit rate with the said weapon type?

OR an exp bar, in addition to the one you can earn through BA in combat training.

I still stand by this idea for the reason that there won't be many people doing it, the top attackers have around 10k attacks under their belts (often less still for many others) and these top attackers also happen to be chainers, they're not going to want to upgrade a special that will keep their target in hosp longer, it would just be detrimental to their chaining, as such, only very few cruel people would be using this special, and it won't have a massive widespread effect, more of a gimmick than anything else, as I don't see someone losing much more than 250-500 life out of this, at most...

This is the exact problem I was having with it too, considered both of these but wanted something unique that wouldn't be covered already by education or by other merits :/ To try and give more of a specialist purpose to different merits... Letting players follow a path that they very much enjoy...
