I'm going to have to rate down on this one dude. Once you enrol, you're commited, changing your mind its OK, but being able to leave the course willingly should not be implimented.

This is more about a common sense idea that was overlooked as for almost everything in the game you can quit or leave easily yet for education you can't quit without taking millions in drugs which can be unfair and annoying for some people.
I wish people would stop looking at it from the viewpoint of "But education is like a committment" or "why would anyone want to quit"

Theres a confirmation screen to ensure that people are in the one they want to be - I dont think this really fills a need, you get this and then someone will ask for an option to cancel a bank term

the bank is differrent as money is involved whereas education is different.

Why would anyone want to quit an education course?
Because some people are newbies and/or extremely poor planners. All you need to do is use your imagination.
But hey, if all the uber pros got their act together and have no need for it, why accommodate anyone else?  Standard line of thinking from a lot of people, imo.

just take 8-10 xanax without rehab it only takes a few days to 'Quit' your course  .
heh but yeah, a way to quit would be nice I guess. I probably wouldn't use it unless more educations were added while I was just doing one that I didn't really care about just to pass the time, then it would be handy.

Yeah this was the first thing that hit me as well. And there is nothing else that has been said in this thread to change my mind on that. Just makes no sense to quit a course. Unless you put no forthought into picking it. That begs the question of how you would be smart enough to take one in the first place

rated +, no need for a penalty - the penalty is the wasted energy for subscription and the money payed (hard enough for young players). |
I agree the quit option is a good idea and the penalty would be that your time, money, and energy have now been wasted
