It seems to me for something that cost $895,000,000 it should give more than just happy (which is still a nice boost ):P . but it should have some sort of special like the air strip.
one idea could be to:
Be able to send it to a country to pick up items (5-10 items maybe?) of your choise without being on it.
however it would take a fair bit longer then traveling by plane. maybe double/triple the time. Or put a set time such as 12 hours for it to get to a country and back with your goods.
other ideas:
the idea could also help with those people going away for a while. you should be able to board the yatch set sail and remain on the cruise for however long you want...but when you come back it take a certain amount of time to get back to tc.

Or, although taking the yacht to travel will take longer, you can still do trains, because what luxury yacht does not come equipped with a full gym.
And if u can train from ur yacht, why not have pirates who can come and jack your stuff, perhaps leave you in the hospital for a very long time, because getting rescued from the middle of the ocean is obviously difficult for Pamela Anderson and the rest of her Baywatch friends.

I'll suggest a 25-50% time increase on travel, but you may bring back twice as many items while using a yacht
seems like it'd make sense that way and it should give some balance to the perk, takes a little longer but you get a nice bonus

or maybe you could travel to new destinations which you could only travel by yacht. or maybe we could have travel by ship in the city, which you can travel for certain fee and to new destinations. and with your private yacht makes that trips free and faster (just like private airplane)
