That was posted as a bug a while back. Problem with that is it can put extreem lag on the servers because from what I can gather is it loops through for how many items you have in there. Which is also why there is a limit of 9999 on most of the fields to do with item selling/adding/moving about. It would also most probably require a complete rethink/code of the items and the way they are done.
(However this is just me going from what I assume to be correct)

Plornt, can you remove any that have been implemented already from the list please.
And as for the suggestion on percentage of crime fails and success, 2 things I would like to point out. 1, it would require that crime success and fails actually be recorded (I don't believe they are). 2, having a percentage to make it easier to figure out exactly when and why people should do what crime and when almost seems like cheating... it takes away the unknown factor and the fun of working things out for yourself. Like many other areas of the game, I do not believe that having formulas and answers for everything is in any way beneficial.
Posted the second part because Chedburn asked that only suggestions that are good for the game be summarised.

Yeah, Ched shot that suggestion down, was just away for a bit so ill update the list now.
EDIT: Some of the screenshots aint appearing even though the image host is up. Just looked in the source and its randomly churning out "img class=" qoegzgusnggyfkjutner" src="http://i53.tinypic.com/2z4e99u.png"" Dont even have a clue why to be honest when none of the others have it.

I know that, but it would still be possible. There are other alternatives, they just take some creativity and awhile to code. I'm not going to go into the details though since I seriously doubt Ched would consider rewriting the entire item system just to remove unique ID's so he can do bulk removing of items without putting a load on the server.
Just to clarify though, I didn't mean the ID that sets each item apart from other items (Bricks from Chocolates.) I meant the ID that sets each instance of an item apart (one brick with another.)_

if it can be done with meds and drugs, why not weapons? also, they get donated in bulk, so why can't they be removed in bulk?
just have the same 250 item limit that meds and drugs have.

I am aware of what you meant, and it was also what I am refering to. Unique item ids are needed for a number of reasons. One of which is to be able to track down a specific item at any given time. This is required for a number of reasons (which I am not going to bother explaining in detail). It is also required to prevent certain types of bug abuse (which i am also not going to explain in detail).
As well as reasons above, the idea of this thread is to summarise simple additions/ fixes/ changes/ updates etc. that can be implemented quickly and easily (such as the 3 already done from this thread). What you propose is a major update, which is not what this thread is meant to be about.

What the entire suggestion forums need is a proforma for all topic starters that outlines ideal things to add to the idea.
Summary of idea
Why it should be considered
etc.
etc..
Really too tired to think about it, but similar to the form you posted Plornt at 90.200.78.125/torn with greater detail and in depth explainations on what can be filled out for topic starters.
They then get posted as a new topic and others can then comment.
It would assist in getting more relevent and better thought out ideas down with hopefully a little more depth than..
We need more things for the older players such as more honours, more missions, npcs to attack etc.. -- threads such as this in no way are thought out suggestions.
I don't know, I am rambling a little, I am tired, and I cba posting this as a proper suggestion in another thread.

Racing Points Modification

Summary: Adds a very small percentage of a point as a reward in racing for those who come in 4th, 5th place while 6th place retains no reward.
The suggestion is that the following places should be rewarded with:
For 4th place: 0.5 points
For 5th place: 0.25 points
For 6th place: 0 points.
Why: To prevent "stalling" when trying to go through the ranks and allow people to more freely spend their cash/points on the cars with less worry of being stuck on that or the next rank due to points
