Eat on a schedule. Around the same times each day. Eat three or more meals a day do not eat just a large meal at night and nothing in the morning. Eat more whole grains, cut out more white flours and white rice.
Exercise every day. But vary it up a bit not the same exact thing every day and some days do more.

If you want a six-pack, focus on exercises that train your lower abdominal and oblique muscles. Things like leg-lifts and push ups and crunches are going to get you one.

Knowing your weight doesn't help much without knowing your height and natural build. I'm naturally around the 270-280 lb mark (19-20 stone) which people assume means I'm a fat dude, but that's before they know I'm 6'5" with naturally high muscle mass. 13 stone for you might be a good weight, it depends on your body type, and it may just be a case of working with what you already have rather than trying to lose weight.

Little more help buddy, maybe a picture of you're goal and an idea of where you are now (as in if you're fat, skinny, so skinny you're just skin and bones, athletic looking (naturally big guy but not fat), ETC)

So let us know where you're at now and where you wanna be.

Clen?.. seriously though I tried back in my early twenties to get to a low bodyfat, six pack, beach body etc.

One big problem, I love my food too much. Id look good for a few months in the summer and put it all back on come November

Thesedays I focus on compound exercises. Deadlifts, Squats, Shrugs etc. Start light and always, always focus on form before weight.

And if you still wanna impress the ladies. Go crazy on Tricep and Biceps.

abs are support muscles, meaning they get a workout if you work out at all. I wouldnt worry about working the abs separately at all. Just stick to lifting weights, doing pullups and the like. The abs take care of themselves. The most critical thing here ofcourse is nutrition and getting lean, a little fat easily covers the abs no matter how strong they are.
Furthermore, there are two sets of muscles. Internal and external. External are the ones that show. Internals are healthier tho, as they keep the system running so to say.

So go with ridiculously tiny meals, like 1 oz of meat meals. Eat 5 of those in a day and thats it. Meanwhile working off 1500 kilocalories 5 days a week on a crosstrainer while lifting weights too. 6 months later you should have good results.
