So after multiple months of eating utter tripe and not working out, I looked like shit and I felt like shit. I knew it was time to do something, time to bring the man TORN knows and loves back. f**k going on dates, f**k living all this docile lifestyle.

Day 1:;

At this point I don't even know who I am anymore.

I decided to get back in the full swing of things, jumped on another cycle and here I am as of today.

I feel alot better, I am me again. Hopefully I will continue this process for summer and show you guys just how graceful I can look.

Use this as motivation to better yourselves, don't end up like the guy I was in the first picture. Be the best you.

Nope, I don't mean a workout cycle...

Also I stick to the basic 8 rep sets, throw in a few supersets here and there, depending how I feel.

My typical routine seeing that people are asking (;I change usually every 6 weeks, change dumbbell press for reg barbell for example);

Chest and shoulders:;

Incline dumbbell press 8x4
Flat bench press 8x4
Flat flys 8x3
Military press 8x3
Lateral raises, rear delt flys (;supaset); 16x3
Dumbbell shrugs #FAILUREBOIZx3

Back and abs:;

Lat pulldown 8x4
Bent over rows (;girlies love this one); 8x4
Deadlift 8,6,4
Ab wheel TIL FAILURE x3
Decline crunches TIL FAILURE x3
Oblique crunches TIL FAILURE x3x2sides

Arms:;

Hammer curls 8x4
Barbell curls, superset concentration curls 16x4
Close grip benchpress 8x4
Rope pushdowns, superset skullcrushers 16x4

Legs:;

Squats 10,8,6,4
Leg press 8x4
Leg extensions, superset Leg curls 16x4
Calf raises FAILUREx4

No,but that beats bullshit.2 pictures seem to be about same time,only one relaxed and the other tense and pulling your arm slightly back to make your lol..pecs seem bigger...Iv seen turds with less water weight.
