I think weed should be legal. There are so many facts that prove that weed is good for you. For example it decreases anxiety, increases appitite. Legalization will lower crime rates, lower prison population,etc. We should all smoke weed.

Legalising leads to less unnecessary court procedures, arrests, state financed incarceration, impediments to employability, reducing organised criminal financial cash flow, increased police effectiveness, increased education and safety and offers safer, more peaceful alternatives to the current glorified culture of drinking.
On the whole the positives outweigh the negatives by a long shot, and at the same time allows for better access for those with terminal/chronic illness to medicines which they prefer.

tobacco is the only product in the world who kills half of its consumers.
marijuana has so many effects on the human body, that it can actually help cure loads of stuff, like cancer. which, by the way, is much more healthy than being shot with various laser rays.
besides this, you can grow cannabis much faster than a tree, thus be able to produce a whole sh*tload of paper much faster, and in a much better manner, than brutally chopping down the rainforests of the world.

make it legal. money can be made off of it. tax the hell out of it. quit giving the money to drug dealers.
saves money on policing it. doesnt have to change any other laws. DUI is still a DUI.
companies will still drug test you. unlikely they will hire a pothead if its legal or not. there are companies who dont hire cigarette smokers so whats the diff?
its already being done by those who want to do it. the law isnt stopping much if anything. so why not?
