Help! I can't ride a bicycle. Have been practising for some time, but still can't ride one.

I don't want to make signature of size 600X100!

Use stabalisers at first before trying to ride a bike without them.

How are you struggling?

Expect some falls early on, happens to everyone.

Lots of people just jump on any bike and then complain it isn't comfortable and is awkward to ride. You should be able to stand with your feet flat over the bike with the top bar between your thighs, when on the saddle your heels should lift so you can only have one foot flat. Handlebars should be near enough that your elbows are slightly bent when in a comfortable position seated/riding.

You don't need to grip the bars, if anything relax and only squeeze/grip when braking. Lots of newer riders are tense/afraid so grip the bars tightly then start to sway side to side as the pedel and over adjust to fight that and come off.

Good to see other cyclists about even if not good ones.

Okay seriously though if you are serious, expect to fall a lot at first, training wheels is a good start but i guess if you aint a kid you are going to feel pretty dumb doing that... really it's all balance. get a feel for the bike first. It's all trying to pedal for longer and longer and longer until you just do it without thinking about it. you could also get someone to hold you and help you balance until you get the speed of the bike up, then they let go and hopefully you dont fall on your face.
