from what i remember it was tough picking a team, all last years good players are expensive so i doubt the same templates of last year will carry through
My 15 players come from 10 different teams and starting 11 feature 8 different teams. My captain is Dempsey.
Last year, I picked out Ba as a great cheap buy (though that may have been for Dream Team where he only cost 2mill) can't see any bargains of that standard this time round. Then again ba did play for west ham so i had a bit of a sneak preview

Twas only a friendly but we were effing awful and lost 3-1, got booed off at half time. We didn't have a few of our first teamers but a fair few of the regulars played. Didn't have control of the game at all, our goal was a jammy fluke. The long ball game is driving me nuts, seen them twice now in pre season and nothing's blown me away even though we won the first game I saw.
We desperately need a Carroll-esque player cos our strikers aren't suited for it. Sam needs to play Maynard more as when he came on and he partnered Vaz Te up front we played a bit more fluently. Very static performance from us.
Just looked at my FPL team I have Nolan and Vaz te in there. Nolan didn't play yesterday so I'll keep him in as he's a pretty steady player. If Sam insists on playing cole and stifling what Vaz Te can do I may need to get rid of Ricardo I doubt I will though, stubborness/loyalty and all that

Players are so over priced this year vertonghan the new tottenham defender is the same as Rio ferdinand, Ashley cole,Enrique,skrltel and richards! we dont even know if his in first team!
