Thats not my picture, but that is how my Kingston flash drive looks, identical.
It says that its 50% full, but i can only open the folders.
I can't scan the usb for viruses because "windows cant access the drive"
When i right click on the icon and choose "Format..." the new window wont open.
I cant delete, move or add anything to do the flash either.
Is it fixable or should i just crush the shit out of it? I always hated these damn thumb drives. ugh
EDIT: My computer is virus free, and it works very fast. I don't get it.

Looks like the partition/file system is messed up. Try Hades advice, but if that fails, you're going to need to do some complicated stuff to get it to work. Hope you got used to command prompt!
