google translation has always sucked 
would of been better if the guy wasn't obviously reading off of some cue cards.

I don't think this is something you can memorize. Besides, I think it's quite crafty how the guy imitates a certain "style" of behaviour, while clearly keeping an eye on the notes held up for him.

its not hard to memorize something with a little repetition.
