For 35NB
Once you reach your 35nb you can do Kidnapping the mayor which gives the best exp-money ratio in all the crimes.
Or else you can continue doing arson warehouses , both routes will in time take you to your 40nb
For 40NB
Same as 35nb, and if your feeling risky throw in a few arms trafficking

Can I ask in relation to this part, ignoring cash payouts, which one gives more crime exp, kidnapping the mayor or warehouse arson?

Green to green, mayor gives more exp
But the amount of brown results you get from it kinda screw it up :/ Making arson warehouse better exp for the nerve spent

cars you sell at the torn city docks. Other crime items are sold at the corresponding store in TC. clothing items at the clothing store, etc etc... If all else fails put it on the item market...

ok i need help badly, and to be honest TC staff have been next to useless helping me out, i attacked a matey a while ago lev 14, nothing personal just trying to level, how the game is suppose to be played, however the account i attacked was the 2nd account of another player level 22, (torn city staff have done nothing to remove his account or even talk to him) so i am constantly under attack, and have mass bounties on my head all the time.
while im being *bullied* i cant level or gain any money, this exact reason is why most of my friends stopped playing, i don't want it to be mine... any suggestions?
