Happiness always has the same fixed effect on happiness, your stat amount, even at the cap, will never change this.

Gym however will.

You'll get +1 on each 10 energy train for every 2000 happiness per gym bar. (So for example, if you have 4 gym bars and 2k happiness you will get +4 on each of your 10 energy trains).

It's just that the 1 is a much larger percentage of your gain with a smaller stat.
And that every bit of additional stat makes it that much easier to get to the cap, with the "exponential" gains.
But when you have 50m on a stat you tend to not be that concerned with a gain of 1 stat.

I think happy loses effect around like 1-2m of a stat. Me with like 0 happy gets around the same stat as me with fully happy.

Read above. You're entirely wrong. Rey explains why you think you get the same.

Well, i still answered the question saying that happy barely affects gym trains after a while, and that was basically his question.

I remember gaining 347 per train with no happy and getting 347 after rehab so idk.

Last time i overdosed on xanax i did this little experiment. I trained dexterity 1 time with 0 happy, then I trained dexterity 1 time with 4400 happy after I rehabbed. These were the results:

0 happy
You hit 100% of the clays whilst skeet shooting 1 shot You gained 19,939.8402 dexterity

4400 happy
You hit 100% of the clays whilst skeet shooting 1 shot You gained 19,957.3471 dexterity
