I was just wondering if anyone has tried changing company prices to around the amount that it costs to buy the items. My prices are currently quite a bit higher than the price I pay for them which makes a good profit. I was just wondering if anyone has tried having cheap prices and what the result was? I want to improve the popularity so I am thinking having a high amount of customers could do this.
I don't mean to big headed but I am very good at running a company on torn. With that said. I do change prices but I haven't lowered them so much that they are basically at the buy price. The reason for asking here first is the fact that I still want to remain the top earning 4* furniture company. I would rather not risk it when my company is making a great income at the moment compared to other prices. However the reason I made this thread was to find out if someone has tried it. If someone tells me that they had good results then I may risk it. I am running my company very well so thanks for the criticism.
i tried it in my last company.. it was a total waste of time and money... it jumped the popularity for just those days the price was down... and soon as i put it back up the pop dropped around normal... its much better just trying to find a good price to set at where u dont lose much pop and keep profits up... thankfully i dont have to buy goods in my tv network now lol...
