big title I know but basically I'm doing computer and arson crimes but when I have 4 nerve left over I do a little shop lifting and try for a necklace, however I find I fail this crime quite often. So I'm curious is there ever a point where you stop failing lower level nerve crimes?

I haven't failed a 2, 3 or 4 nerve crime since hitting a nerve of 40, perhaps earlier. That said, I don't ever try to steal necklaces, as it has a relatively high failure rate attached to it compared to other 4 nerve crimes. If you steal jackets instead you'll probably be fine.

2or3 nerve ones have pretty much 100% success ratio once you have a rather big exp bar (about 20 I'd say natural then)

as for 4 nerve, even on a 45 you can fail 4nerve ring crimes for instance. The only crime with best success is the jacket theft. Do keep in mind you need at least a strong 15nb for it as well.

don't do the ring or neckless crimes. bad crimes

I belive i've done around 10k jackets thefts with 100% success rate. So yes, i guess there is a point for some crimes when they are always green.

Now if this is valid for all crimes, looking at what Chaos_Greg just told, guess not.

All the crimes are different. Even with a 45 nb bar you can still get reds and plenty of browns on most crimes.

Nerve 2, 3 and steal jackets are all 100% green when your nerve bar is high enough though. They where 100 % green for me when i was clicking them for merits and i clicked many many thousands of them over many months maybe even over a year.

In real life even if your a professional jewel thief there is still a chance something can go wrong, its more realistic this way, we are not in a mission impossible film were everything goes perfect all the time

We must have been watching different movies, if "everything goes perfect all the time" in the Mission: Impossible movies you are watching. Who stars in them?
