Hi,
for a past two weeks I get jailed 100% for every hacking (18 nerve) crime I make, many times per day.
Is this some kind of bug ?
Any answer appreciated.

You need a certain level of crime experience to do a crime. You need a certain higher level of crime experience to do a crime with optimal results (to hit the success rate cap for any given crime).
If you do not meet the minimum crime experience required to do a crime, you will get 100% reds (or 100% browns if the crime gives no reds). If you have enough crime exp to d the crime, but not enough to do it optimally, you will have some success, but more reds/browns than you would get if you had enough exp to do it optimally.
The fact that you say you have gotten 100% reds over the past 2 weeks means you do not have enough crime experience to do the crime at all. Every red result loses you crime experience, thereby dropping your crime experience lower and lower with each fail.
The fact that you said you have continued for 2 weeks to do hacking even though you have been getting 100% reds, means that you're an idiot.

I'd say more than just lost your crime exp you got raped. No one is to blame but yourself as Link has elegantly pointed out.

I didn't know the mechanism behind it... but it's never late to learn.

Do warehouse arsons if your nerve bar is high enough, if not, do thorough robbery for best exp gains. The fastest way to kick up your crime experience however, is jail busting, but lots of people don't want to spend the energy doing that.

keep trying and your next bug is the nerve bar becoming smaller.

Same happened to me last month - well similar. My NB is 40 and I was hacking the FBI mainframe but failing 1 out of 3 and getting jailed. I lost my 40NB going down to 35 and it took me 3 weeks of warehouse arsons to get it back.
I don't hack anymore.

Pfft.. Maybe bug? Maybe just extremely hard.. It's the same thing for the RearDoor when stealing points. Mind you, after losing it, it takes AGES to get back..
I did months of arsons and crimes and had a 45NB.. within 4 fails of the hacking crime (Non-Consequtively) I was dropped down to 35 nerve bar straight from 45.. It didn't even go down to 40.. Just dropped straight to 35.
I'm back at my 40 nervebar. Also, I have that 30% increase in crime success rate from the Merits and more increases from education and near 2k busts.. Pfft. Doesn't help at all.
Still have to get back my 45 NB. Currently at 50NB due to merits.. Will be 55NB when I get the 45NB back.
I don't think any amount of nerve bar is enough for that crime. It's always going to give reds no matter how many times you do it. It's all about luck. I was successful at it for weeks straight making millions off it but just one unlucky week and it will screw you.

losing 2 has to be related to a different thing.

Indeed nerve going down or up in any number other than 5 has to be either from job, faction, or merit or a mixture of them.

By the sound of it he left a faction which had a Gallant rating of II hence the fall from 31 to 29 in his nerve.
Maybe the faction might of also 'Enormity' perk as well (crime experience increase).
But it sounds more likely to be down to pure bad luck.
I'm going thought the same with GTAs at the moment. Not hitting 50% at times.
