You must be the only person to experience this, with over 7k arson warehouse crimes I've not seen the jail once so yeah .....
there seems to be a trend, if you get a lot of successes and switch crimes, you get better reward for the new crime. Like I would get Ford Gt/ Ferrari out of the show room. Then it gets worse, and you seem to get caught no matter what crimes lol.

No evidence of any warehouse arson jailings in years, with tens of thousands of the crime done a day, and you think its just rare?
I think you can't get jail for warehouse arson with the current code.

i have almost 22k fraud crimes, almost all arson warehouses (maybe a few bombings in there), and i have gone to jail on it 2x. the first time it happened i thought i clicked the wrong crime, the 2nd time i know i did not make that mistake and i did go to jail on arson warehouse.
Result: You look up to find yourself surrounded by guards and a laughing Mayor. They arrest you before you can even start the fire, talk about bad luck!.

Right, but I used to never get reds. For warehouse it's a bit less but pretty sur I've got caught before. What to do now seems like you can never get to the 40 nerve bar.
Everybody gets reds for warehouse, the failures are random. Just make sure you do arson WAREHOUSE and it'll increase your natural nerve bar sooner rather than later.

so yes it happens...very rarely though.
Why would you do 22k WH arsons? The merits end after 10k so why not hit up other crimes and there are are a few where you get no jailings.

I intend to go past 10k WH arson, as well. Solid nerve bar.
I have had a 45 nb for years now and Wh arsons are my go to crime but unless you are planning to do the major OC crimes go to other crimes for the merits.

Until I use a stat enhancer, I will just assume that it does nothing... Good logic.
