Hey guys i'm really confused at the moment! The thing is that other 5* furniture companies have around 10 employees, not too sure what efficency but the thing is that they make WAY more than me and have like 500 less customers? I'm wondering what is the problem?

Maybe you have shit staff check there stats and make sure they're doing the correct jobs.

Yes i know, i've done a few of them but then got off track as i couldn't be asked rehabing so often, but now im back on track!

Just looking at your top 10 employees I counted about 4 under 100 days old. I highly doubt any of those salesman are at the 15k intel stat cap. That will definitely mess up your profits. The idea is to get people double but at least to the cap to be in the key salesman position which would be 30k intel, after 30k it will not effect the company. I'm also not sure you need 2 cleaners for a company your size.

Oh nice one and i know, it's so hard to find people with that much intell and work for 20k pay.
And i checked that at first but if i have 1 cleaner, my clenliness goes down.
