im working on assassination crimes and get a few reds every now and then, my question is should i buy a tracking device to help with the crime?, i heard "crime enhancer" dont work very well!

Nobody knows the exact benefit, however, anything that helps is worth it in my eyes, especially if you have the cash to afford it.
