if a player drops to 1* through not logging in is it better to fire them or unassign them?

Fire them and tell them to reapply when they get back. Inactivity is a huge profit killer. Unassigning them does nothing as far as I can tell.

Unassign them if they are a good employee and never had issues. After X amount of days fire them. Some times RL issues come up. Making them unassigned does make a difference in your efficency. Never fire them right off the bat thats just rude and shows others that your a prick.
