Heard there are scripts which read trade/attack logs and helping us to find out mug targets.
Are they legal? Many says not..
Its a thng which everyone has access to, just to make it easier, the scripts are being used.
Whats your opinion? Its Legal/NoT?

I know you can access the attack logs of other people but it won't let me access the trade logs. I'm typing in other ids of trade but I don't get anything.

scripts that scan attack logs are illegal. Trades are supposedly private, so any script that can view them would most likely be abusing a bug anyway.

Do the attack logs still go up sequentially? They used to just add one to the last attack log's number so anyone could manually look at attacks going on but after a couple of people got busted for mug scripts they had talked about assigning a random alphanumeric code to each attack log. Did that ever happen?

I am asking why it should be illegal?
We all can see it, a script just makes it faster.
And to others, thanx..Aint knew Trade logs are private.
IMO logs should be made public.
Then It can be used as proof for scamming

As far as im aware the rules state simply - scripts which allow you to gain an unfair advantage over other players are illegal.
The "unfair advantage" part is kind of flexible here... depends what is considered an unfair advantage.
Allowing a script to filter out potentially hundred of pages in seconds and serving you results seems to be, especially if people got in fed for it already.
On the other hand filtering your own data to display in specific ways seem to be fine (like those scripts recording specific crimes you make and results).
As for scripts that remove the need to click confirmations or similar it gets kinda hazy if you ask me. But im no specialist here.
