mumble901 [1636114] is in my company he only has 10 drugs taken 9 lsd 1 shroom and no matter what he is 1star and he is active i need help

Hmmm, if they can afford to rehab ask them to, I know the drugs arnt much but they could make all the difference.

LSD needs just 6 to sink the stars to 3. So until a rehab he wont go over that (or 4 stars if the director happens to have the business education)
But dropping below 3 stars usually means something more.
By the way is he a new employee? Those tend to start low and need a few days to pick up. Throwing a train their way may help i hear.

The overdose is an irrelevant factor, what matters is their happiness.
Although having low stars from happiness won't actually do anything to the efficiency stat.

His happy is more than less low after OD people I seen take some candies or DVDs and shot back to 3-4* depending how many courses done so more likely to be the happy keeping at 1*

The employee doesnt seem to have ODed in this specific case.
If he recently moved into that PI though, that could explain low happiness aswell.

Most likely this. I get this all the time with my employees. I normally just send them an Erotic DVD to get them up to 3 stars.
