you'll need a team of with with approx 20k busts between them (as well as them having a strong 45 bar) It helps to have a super buster amongst them though, someone with maybe 8k busts +

it has been succeeded with less but that amount should see you ok.

16,000 is bare minimum for success, although as Shinny said, the more the better. We always shoot for 20k just to be safe.

You could possibly do it with less, but success isn't guaranteed then.

make sure to take into account former self busters (who wrecked their NB) and also those who have habits of doing risky crimes, as those people's bust count is not reflective of their accrued crime exp (ie. you need to determine their "working bust count" before including them in a PA).
