Super secret reinforced spam barrier 2.0
So this barrier has been here for as long as i can remember, it was even 2.0 when i played years ago... so whens it due for an update

My assumption is it's Ched's lazy hack to add height to the black bar, that scales with the text, while not using CSS. Perhaps it was due to poor support for basic CSS in some browsers at the time it was introduced. A better way of coding it now would be:
td style="height:1em"

No reason to recode it either tho, if it already works and is in place.
