Been doing arson warehouse many time but got 2 reds in one nerve bar earlier?
Any changes been made at ?
Or is it highly unlucky?

no changes. You get 1 red for each 30-35 warehouses on average.

2,3 or even 4 in a row after 100's of greens isn't particularly "different' then any other randomness in TOrn.

WH arsons are very streaky from my experience I will usually get 3 reds in a few days and then none for a month.
