I just moved into a PI i just rented and i went to 1 star effectiveness in my company. I thought this was coz i had low hapiness when i first moved in but now my hapiness is full and im still one star. im not addicted to drugs. why am i still 1 star?

It took a couple of hours for my stars to go up after rehab in the same situation...prehaps that?

You are UNASSIGNED... Always displayed in a company as 1* then... As soon as you get a real job in the comp, it will change.
