What is the best way to gain happiness when moving from one property to a better one? For example if I changed from a shack to a PI...Happiness would take a lot of time to refill.
Any Items or drugs anyone might suggest!

You could use 5 erotic dvds and an ecstasy after the DVDS. This will give you 25,000 happy. You don't actually need to use 5 dvds. You could fill it in 2 or 3. Maybe half of that if you use an ecstasy after.

A dvd or two would be best or you could even try jawbreakers if you felt the need

A DVD is 1.8mil, so if you can't afford one, just buy some Lollipops from Sally's Sweet Shop (I think they cost 25$ each and you can take only 49 at once, so it will cost you only 1225$). Each will give you a boost of 25 Happy, so you'll get 1225 happy. Currently you live in a ranch with 1925 max happiness, so with 1k$ you almost got your happy bar full. Of course, if you have money, buy a DVD:)

the only reason someone would want 25k happy is to train. i had 34k happy at one time with 1100 energy got almost 30k stats. if it weren't for the happy, i would only have gained about 3k stats.
and don't forget that people with 40-1,000,000 stats need happy.
[color=gold]just go with lollipops man or 2 dvds if you have the money

49 lolipops will give you 1225 happi.
Taking 1 extacy gives you 2450
Wait for around 3 to 4 hours
Eat another 1 extcy
You got full happiness.
Total cost: less than $150k

Hardly... The cost vs gain is awful. And besides that point, his original question was how to refill happy after moving properties, not how to train.

Yeah. 5 dvds is over kill. Unless you're rich. In which case I'd say it's a pretty good thing to use.
